Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 4-7 business days unless otherwise noted. During high-volume periods such as product launches, restocks, holidays, or promotions, processing times may be slightly extended.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Domestic Shipping (U.S.)
We currently ship throughout the United States using trusted carriers, including USPS and UPS, depending on package size, weight, and destination.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your order total and shipping location.
Free U.S. shipping on orders over $60.
Delivery Estimates
Most domestic orders arrive within 4–7 business days after shipment, depending on carrier transit times and your location.
Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary during holidays or peak shipping periods.
International Shipping (Canada)
We currently ship to customers in Canada and hope to expand internationally in the future.

Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes required by their country
International delivery times typically range from 7–21 business days, depending on customs processing and carrier delays
Tracking Information
All shipped orders include tracking information sent via email once your package has been processed by the carrier.
Please allow up to 24-48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Cuticology is not responsible for delays, lost shipments, or stolen packages caused by the carrier.
If an issue arises with your delivery, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number. However, please feel free to reach out to us — we are always happy to help however we can.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Orders returned due to incorrect or insufficient address information may require additional shipping fees for reshipment.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Once an order has been placed or shipped, we are unable to:
modify products or scents
change shipping addresses
combine orders
cancel shipped orders
Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the hygienic nature of personal care products, all sales are final.
For quality and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on products once they have left our facility.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at lovecuticology@gmail.com with photos of the issue so we can make it right.
