Lost or Damaged Packages
Once a package has been shipped and is in the carrier’s possession, Cuticology is not responsible for delayed, lost, or stolen packages. However, if you experience an issue with your delivery, please reach out — we’re always happy to help however we can.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require additional shipping fees for reshipment.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the hygienic nature of personal care products, all sales are final. For quality and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once products have left our facility.
That said, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or if there is an issue on our end, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at lovecuticology@gmail.com, and we will gladly make it right.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Once an order has been placed, we are unable to change scents, modify items, or cancel orders after they have been processed or shipped. Please double-check your order details before checkout.
